Ross Holland

An accomplished coach and former professional player, Ross Holland brings elite-level experience across collegiate and professional soccer. He is an NCAA National Champion as a player (UCWV, 2017) and previously competed professionally with Sunderland AFC. As a coach, he has contributed to NCAA Division I programs reaching the Men’s Final Four and Elite Eight at West Virginia University and as Associate Head Coach for Marshall University’s Division I Women’s Soccer program. He holds a UEFA B Coaching License and a Master’s degree in Sport Management, combining high-performance expertise with a strong academic and leadership foundation.

Dan O’Connor

Dan O’Connor is a highly experienced coach with an extensive background in both soccer and futsal, bringing over 12 years of coaching expertise across youth, collegiate, and elite development environments. He most recently served as a Division I Women’s Soccer Coach at Marshall University, where he contributed to the development of high-performing student-athletes. As a former professional player with Darlington FC and a Keele International Cup winner, Dan combines firsthand playing experience with a deep understanding of the modern game. He is a Certified FA Futsal Coach and former Head Coach of Sunderland Futsal, where he led the program to regional finalist honors. Throughout his career, Dan has built a proven track record of developing youth players who have progressed into professional clubs and academy systems. He holds a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Sport Business and Administration, integrating elite practical experience with strong academic foundations.
